All our units are smoke free. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Friendly dogs are welcomed and cats must be in carriers and be pre-approved. Each property has a laundry room that is shared with guest/main house. Each property has a small courtyard area with grill and patio set for outside leisure time. All of our properties are currently located midtown near the University of Arizona, Banner Hospital and Tucson Medical Center TMC.
